What helps me enjoy the journey is having fun with my Insights colleagues, whether it's building and racing go karts, participating in the latest viral craze, wearing a kilt at work or having a chat over a coffee in the office.

Every day is different but ultimately the focus is helping my customers to get the most out of Insights and identifying opportunities where we can provide additional support. I knew Insights from when I was first profiled in 2002 and I put my sales team through Insights in 2006. So I already had some very positive personal experience of what we do as a company.
I've been a roadie for Snoop Dogg, and have appeared as a zombie extra in a B-movie.
